Chineasy

La empresaria taiwanesa Shao Lan empezó desarrollando los caracteres de Chineasy como un modo de enseñar a sus propios hijos  leer el chino mandarían tradicional. Se asoció con el artista gráfico de origen israelí Noma Bar para desarrollar un sistema de formas que representaran los símbolos más recurrentes, de modo que combinados se pudieran crear frases complejas.

// Taiwan-born entrepreneur ShaoLan first began developing the Chineasy characters as a way to teach her own English-speaking children to read traditional Mandarin Chinese, by creating a visual connection to the words. She teamed up with graphic artist Noma Bar to develop a system of shapes representing some of the most commonly occurring symbols, which can be combined to create more complex phrases.

Un mini diy para poner en valor las flores que me acababa de regalar el boyfriend. Sólo hace falta un azulejo blanco, un rotulador permanente y dejar volar la imaginación!! Para no rayar las superficies es conveniente pegar una base de fieltro o corcho.

 // I just did a mini diy to make the flowers the boyfriend gave me pop even more. You just need a white tile, permanent marker and start doodling!! Add a cork or felt base to protect the surfaces.
